Dr. Toback is a diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. He is also a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, Academy of Osseointegration, American Dental Association, Connecticut Dental Society, Connecticut Society of Periodontics, and New London County Dental Society.
Dr. Urbanski combines a passion for mind-body health with a commitment to providing the very best in periodontal services and technologies. She has one of the most state-of-the-art practices in Connecticut, and has published a book on mind-body medicine called “Mind and Medicine: In Harmony for Healing.”
Dr. Daniel Rolotti D.M.D, M.D.Sc brings superior skills and credentials to Shoreline Periodontics in Esthetic and Reconstructive Periodontics and Dental Implantology. A Philadelphia native, Dr. Rolotti attended undergraduate school at the University of Alabama. He went on to receive his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 2013.
Dr. Rajendran earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine from the Western University of Health Sciences College of Dental Medicine (2018), making the Dean’s List all four years. While at Western University she also received the Southern California Academy of Oral Pathology Award for Excellence in Pathology (2018). As a Chesire, CT native, Dr. Rajendran returned to Connecticut to attend the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine where she achieved her Certificate in Periodontics and Masters of Dental Sciences (2021).
