2019 Synergey Study Club

Dentist, Specialist & More

ABOUT THE SYNERGEY STUDY CLUB

Moderated by the leading specialists in the area, we will work together as a team to identify a variety of ways to achieve an aesthetically pleasing and functional result for the patient. These engaging conversations will highlight the different approaches that can be implemented and will expand on the dental professional's knowledge of how to achieve a desired outcome. Cases are chosen in advance and you do not need to present a case to participate.

Dean Vafiadis DDS

"Digital Technologies & Full Mouth Rehab Without the Stress

Director of Full-Mouth Rehabilitation CE and Clinical Associate Professor of Prosthodontics at NYU College of Dentristry, AIC, and Dental XP Educator, Dr. Dean Vafiadis, will present an engaging day of learning. We'll explore using CAD/CAM technology to reduce clinical chair-time and laboratory cost. We will also examine the accuracy of these techniques and how to achieve a digital wax-up and finalize restorations using 100% digital work flow. The second half of the day will be devoted to de-mystifying the practical methods of how to restore the vertical dimension of occlusion up to 10mm using sound prosthodontic principles and digital analysis, making it the standard in our practices.
